Company owners and professionals who have the capacity to act and who accept to work in this direction by adopting the aims and principles of the association and who meet the conditions stipulated by the legislation and who are officially engaged in commercial activities have the right to become a member of this association. However, foreign real persons must also have the right to reside in Turkey in order to become a member.

The application for membership to be made to the chairmanship of the association shall be decided by the board of directors of the association as acceptance to membership or rejection of the request and the result shall be notified to the applicant in writing. The member whose application is accepted shall be recorded in the book to be kept for this purpose.

The full members of the association are the company owners or company professionals who are accepted as members by the board of directors upon their application.

Company owners or partners are required to fill in the personal information and company information fields in the online pre-application form and provide 2 ERSİYAD member references. The pre-application process cannot be completed without specifying references.

An appointment is made with the official owners and partners of the company after the pre-application and they are asked to fill out the application form by visiting the company address. Along with the application form, a passport size photograph, identity card, criminal record, tax certificate, Findeks Report and activity certificates are requested.

In addition to the documents requested from the company owners, Company Professionals are asked for the decision of the company’s board of directors to become a member of the association.
